QUALITY STARTS BEFORE PRODUCTION

A clear reference is stronger than a general promise.

Uniform quality is not one final inspection performed after every garment has already been made. It begins when the buyer approves the fabric, construction, fit, colour, trims, artwork and packing method. BR MODE records these decisions in the approved sample and production brief, giving the team visible standards to follow.

The right quality level also depends on use. A reception blazer, school shirt, chef coat, security trouser and housekeeping tunic face different movement, laundering and presentation demands. We therefore evaluate materials and construction around the wearer’s role rather than applying one generic definition of quality to every garment.

SIX CONTROL POINTS

Checks throughout the manufacturing journey.

01

Approved Sample

The signed-off garment establishes the reference for fit, construction, colour, trims, branding placement and overall presentation.

02

Fabric Inspection

Incoming material is reviewed for visible defects, shade consistency, surface quality and alignment with the approved requirement.

03

Measurement Control

Key garment measurements are checked against the approved size set so bulk sizes remain consistent and wearable.

04

Stitching Review

Seams, stress points, pocket attachment, collars, cuffs, hems and fasteners are examined for workmanship and function.

05

Branding Accuracy

Logo scale, thread shade, print position, name details and department identifiers are matched to approved artwork.

06

Finishing & Packing

Loose threads, marks, pressing, labels, final counts and packing instructions are checked before dispatch.

BRANDING QUALITY

Clean, controlled logo application.

Artwork is reviewed at production scale before embroidery or printing. Thread colours, placement measurements and approved names or departments become part of the reference. We check that branding remains balanced with pockets, seams and garment proportions rather than appearing crowded or misplaced.

FINAL INSPECTION

Finished garments prepared for organised supply.

Final checks cover visible workmanship, measurements, branding, cleanliness, pressing and quantities. Orders can then be labelled and packed by role, department, size, employee group or delivery location, reducing sorting work after the consignment reaches the organisation.

REPEAT-ORDER READINESS

Approved specifications create a dependable foundation.

Repeat orders use the documented design, size references, artwork and construction. Fabric and trim availability is reconfirmed because materials can change or be discontinued over time. Early reorder planning gives the best opportunity to retain continuity or approve the closest controlled alternative.

Natural commercial tolerances can occur in garment measurements and material shade between batches. The purpose of a controlled process is to keep those variations within an acceptable and usable range while identifying visible defects before dispatch.
