A SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
Every great endeavour has a soul. Ours began with a beautiful union—when our founder married a deeply devoted follower of Lord Shiva. Her unwavering faith brought a transformative, pure energy into his world. What began as deep respect for her devotion gradually became his own spiritual immersion. His vision, decisions and path became enveloped in Shiv Maya—the divine, guiding presence of Mahadev.
A MOMENT OF CLARITY
The defining inspiration arrived during a journey to the sacred Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir. Amid the serene majesty of the mountains and the powerful stillness of the temple, our founder experienced absolute clarity. The peace and strength of that moment became a calling: to build an enterprise grounded not only in commerce, but in higher purpose, integrity and service. Guided by the aura of Neelkanth, the foundation of BR MODE was laid.

Every machine, process and shared space is intended to operate with purity of purpose, respect for people and gratitude for the grace that guides us.
A serene Neelkanth Mahadev temple is planned at the heart of the campus—an everyday centre of energy, reflection and inspiration.
Thoughtful sculptures, paintings and sacred art will be integrated across the campus, alongside reminders such as “Satyam Shivam Sundaram” and “Karma is Worship.”
Work will be approached not only as responsibility, but as a spiritual practice shaped by honesty, dedication, service and collective excellence.

PURITY IN DAILY LIFE
The planned in-house mess will serve exclusively Sattvic meals prepared without onion or garlic. Mindful nourishment will support well-being, mental clarity and a peaceful shared environment.
Traditional Indian attire is planned as the campus standard for team members, management and visitors. This future dress code will celebrate modesty, dignity and India’s cultural heritage; western clothing will not form part of the campus standard.

THE GRACE OF PASHUPATINATH
Inspired by Lord Shiva as Pashupatinath—the protector and friend of all creatures—our campus is envisioned as a compassionate ecosystem where industry and nature coexist in peace.
Dedicated native green zones, birdhouses, feeding points and clean water stations are planned within the campus landscape.
No cruelty or harm to animals will be permitted. Every creature entering the premises will be treated with care and respect.
Protecting the voiceless and preserving natural habitat will be part of our daily practice of responsibility and Dharma.
We are the instruments.
