INTERNATIONAL BUYER FAQ

Export buyer FAQs

Clear answers for importers, distributors, procurement teams and private-label buyers before sampling and production.

What is the minimum order quantity for export uniforms?

MOQ is assessed product by product because fabric, construction, branding and size mix affect efficient production. Share the required styles and quantities for a practical quotation.

Can you develop samples before bulk production?

Yes. We review the specification, prepare the agreed sample and record buyer comments. Bulk production starts only after the required construction, measurements and branding are approved.

Do you manufacture OEM and private-label uniforms?

Yes. Programmes can include buyer labels, size charts, fabrics, trims, logo application, wash-care information, packaging and carton instructions.

How is export quality controlled?

Controls may include incoming fabric review, shade checks, measurement verification, construction checks, branding approval, inline QC, final inspection and packing verification against the approved specification.

What lead time should an international buyer expect?

Lead time depends on sample approval, material availability, order quantity, style complexity, branding and packing. A realistic production schedule is confirmed with the quotation rather than using an unsupported fixed promise.

Can you follow our international size chart?

Yes. Buyer measurement charts can be reviewed for pattern development, grading and tolerances. Size sets or fit samples can be prepared when required.

How are export orders packed and shipped?

Garments can be individually packed, size identified, assorted and carton marked to approved instructions. Dispatch is coordinated with the buyer’s nominated forwarder or the agreed logistics partner.

What information is needed for an export quotation?

Please share destination country, product, quantity, fabric or performance requirement, size range, branding, packing preference, required date and any tech pack or reference garment.
